These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk306 ("pk306", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk306 online gaming platform, including all associated services, content, features and functionality made available through the website at pk306.cam and any related subdomains or applications.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager through pk306, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any other specific rules or policies referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or access any part of the pk306 Platform. Access to pk306 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised.

Each individual may hold only one Account on pk306. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and/or closure of all associated Accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to notify pk306 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact pk306 Support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected].
Where pk306 identifies that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts, it reserves the right to consolidate or close Accounts at its discretion. Any Bonus Funds associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable terms.
pk306 is committed to operating in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification procedures before withdrawals can be processed.
pk306 may request the following documents, without limitation:
pk306 recommends completing KYC verification at the earliest opportunity, ideally immediately after registration. Failure to complete verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. pk306 may also pause gameplay pending verification in certain circumstances.
pk306 reserves the right, at any time and at its absolute discretion, to request additional documentation or information from any Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Deposits to your pk306 Account must be made using payment methods listed as currently active in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary from time to time and by user location. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
pk306 supports deposits in selected currencies including Pakistani Rupee (PKR) where the active cashier permits. Currency availability depends on the payment method selected. Players should confirm supported currencies in the live cashier before initiating a deposit.
Payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as familiar Pakistani payment methods. pk306 does not represent that any of these services endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling. Users must verify current availability independently and confirm that their payment provider permits use for online gaming transactions.
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. pk306 will not accept funds from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
pk306 does not accept liability for deposits declined by payment providers. If a deposit is not credited to your Account within a reasonable timeframe, contact Support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, clearance of any applicable Wagering Requirements and the general terms set out in this Agreement. pk306 makes no guarantee as to the specific processing time of any withdrawal request.

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Limits are set at the operator's discretion and displayed in the cashier. VIP players may be subject to different limits — contact your account manager or Support for applicable limits.

pk306 operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with illustrative cashback and reward examples as published on the Platform. Actual tier thresholds, reward values and eligibility conditions are subject to the current programme terms and may be updated by pk306 at any time. All bets placed on pk306 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of the overall agreement between pk306 and the Player.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are offered subject to market-specific rules. Odds are presented clearly and reflect the implied margin at the time of placement. pk306 does not claim any official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC, UFC or any other sports governing body, league, franchise or team.
In-play bets are subject to the Platform's current live odds at the time of confirmed acceptance. pk306 reserves the right to suspend, void or delay in-play markets in the event of technical issues, data feed failures or match circumstances that materially affect market integrity. Accepted bets during a period of known technical error may be voided at pk306's discretion.
Individual game rules for slots, live dealer, table games and instant games are available within each game's interface or information panel. Where pk306 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all pending bets and bonuses, confiscate any Balance it determines to be the proceeds of prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant legal or regulatory authorities. pk306 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
All content available on the pk306 Platform — including but not limited to the pk306 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, user interface elements and any other materials — is the property of pk306 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pk306 Platform without the prior written consent of pk306.
Game content made available through the Platform may be owned by third-party software providers. Use of such content is subject to the relevant provider's terms and does not grant you any rights in or to the underlying intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk306 hereby excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk306's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk306 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.
pk306 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. pk306 provides a full suite of player-protection tools accessible from every Account, including deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits and self-exclusion.

pk306 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by pk306 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds not subject to any dispute or investigation will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method.
Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk306 Support. Account closure does not cancel any active self-exclusion; the self-exclusion period continues to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. The applicable governing law will be set out in the operator's licence terms and is available on request by contacting Support.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by the operator's licence terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute legal advice under Pakistani law or the law of any other jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are advised to obtain independent legal advice concerning their rights and obligations.
pk306 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable law or licence conditions. Material amendments that materially and adversely affect Players' rights will be communicated through a notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
